Terms and Conditions – Crispy's Chicken

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crispy's Chicken website https://crispyschicken.co.uk and the Crispy's Chicken Manager mobile application.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Crispy's Chicken

Crispy's Chicken operates:

  • A customer-facing food ordering website
  • A manager-only mobile application for internal business operations

There is no customer mobile application for placing orders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on our website or to use the manager application.

3. User Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Managers are provided access by Crispy's Chicken administrators and must use the app for authorized business purposes only.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Crispy's Chicken does not store card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed and prepared, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled at the sole discretion of Crispy's Chicken.

6. Account Deletion

Customers:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Click “Delete Profile”

Managers:

Manager accounts are managed internally. Deletion requests can be sent to:

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or manager app
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with system security or operations
  • Provide false or misleading information

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, images, and software are the property of Crispy's Chicken and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crispy's Chicken shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may occur.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
